How to Apply

To apply, please fill out the appropriate form (Level 1 and/or Level 2) below with your name and email address. Please only select courses for which you are available for the entire class period. Submissions are limited to one submission per course, per cycle.

Level 2 Scholarship Eligibility: Please note, in order to be eligible for a Level 2 Scholarship, you must have already completed Level 1 or be currently registered for a Level 1 course that will conclude prior to the start date of the Level 2 course for which you are seeking a scholarship.

What happens if I am selected?

Scholarships will be awarded to selected recipients no later than 10 business days after the submission deadline. If you are selected, you will be notified via email. Notified scholarship recipients will be required to confirm acceptance of their scholarship within 3 business days after the notification email.

*NOTE: If you do NOT accept your scholarship(s) within 3 business days, your seat will be given to the next person on the waitlist. All scholarship recipients will be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the course start date. Please check your Spam Folders within 7 days of the deadline. If you do not receive your email to accept your scholarship because it landed in Spam, you will forfeit your award.

Awarded scholarships cannot be transferred to another course or individual. If your availability changes and you are no longer able to attend the course for which you received a scholarship, a new name will be selected and you will be invited to apply again in the future.

If you have already purchased a seat in a course, then you will be reimbursed for the amount paid towards the course upon accepting your scholarship award. *NOTE: This process is not automated. If you win a scholarship and have already purchased a course, please email: scholarship@idcprofessionals.com to request your full reimbursement.

What happens if I am NOT selected?

If you are NOT selected, you will NOT be notified and are encouraged to submit again during the next cycle.

*NOTE: Scholarship applications are released when new courses are launched on our website. In order to be notified when new courses are released, please sign up for our mailing list below.

Application Timeline

IDC aims to award scholarships 1-2 months before courses begin. We understand that a lot of our registrants' decision to apply is predicated upon receiving a scholarship or not. We desire to finalize scholarships well in advance so that necessary financial planning can occur in the event that an applicant is not awarded a scholarship.

IDC does not set future application deadlines, because the scholarship application is course-specific and applicants cannot select a course to apply for if the courses have not been announced yet.
